Baking - Years 5 & 6

Year 5 and 6 have been learning to write instruction this term, so we took the hands-on approach and had a fun morning putting their baking skills to the test, working in pairs, to bake 12 scrumptious cupcakes. They were provided with clear instructions on how to approach the task but were required to ensure to worked together, follow each step carefully, source equipment, weigh everything accurately and take responsibility for their own mess by cleaning up!

Reindeer Race

All the children pranced and dashed in support of Thames Hospice

to raise money for the invaluable work that they do. We still have donations coming in and will know the total donated in January. Thank you all so much for your generous donations.
