Number Day

On the 3rd of February, our school community took part in Number day! Not only did Number day encourage our pupils to think positively about Maths but activities were also aimed to encourage our pupils to bridge their learning to support real life application. The day began with all children creating their very own number day hats, in which pupils were given full creative control. Later in the day, all pupils were able to venture outside and apply their mathematical learning to an outdoor learning environment. In key stage one, pupils used chalk to write their own number sentences and numbers! In Key stage 2 all students participated in a TLHP times table competition whereby, Ghana class were crowned the winners and Ayaan P crowned the Langley Heritage TTRS king!
